PARTNERS

Growing together, rather than side by side

Saloncare is the intelligent layer above existing point of sale and booking systems. That layer grows stronger the more good partners carry it. We work with systems houses, consultancies, product manufacturers and industry networks that take salons seriously, and we build partnerships that hold for both sides over the long run.

MODELS

Four ways into a partnership

We do not know every market, every region and every salon culture equally well. Partners close that gap. Depending on where your strength lies, one of these four models will fit, and several can be combined.

Solution partner

You advise salons, introduce software and accompany the first months. You sell Saloncare as part of your portfolio, handle onboarding and training and remain the familiar voice on the ground. We supply the platform, the material and the backing behind you.

Technology partner

You run a point of sale, booking or marketing system and want Saloncare to sit cleanly on top of it. We build and maintain the interface together, document it publicly and keep it stable across version changes.

Manufacturer partner

You run a product brand and want your recommendations to land at the chair and live on at home. We bring your catalogue into the manufacturer pillar, transparently and without diluting your brand.

Network and association

You represent a group, an academy or an association. For your members we put together terms, joint training and a named contact, so that introduction and operation run calmly.

THE PROCESS

From the first conversation to a joint start

We do not turn a partnership into an obstacle course. Four steps, clearly separated, each with a fixed outcome. You know where you stand at every point.

The path begins with a conversation and ends with the first joint salons live. In between lie two steps in which we check whether the collaboration holds for both sides, and one in which we equip you to work independently.

  1. Getting to know each other. We understand your business, your market and your customers. You understand how Saloncare is built, where it integrates and where it deliberately does not. At the end there is a clear view of which model fits.
  2. Checking and agreeing. We settle terms, responsibilities and expectations in writing. No small print that surprises you in practice. A lean agreement both sides understand.
  3. Enablement. You and your team go through the partner training, get access to the partner environment, to demo accounts and to material in the brand voice. You learn to introduce a salon on your own.
  4. Launch and support. The first joint salons go live. We stay close during the first weeks, after which you have a named contact and a defined route for whatever comes next.

WHAT WE OFFER

What you get from us

A partnership is only good when both sides bring something. This is our side, concretely.

  • A partner environment with demo accounts, where you can show Saloncare without touching real salon data
  • A documented interface for technology partners, public and maintained across version changes
  • Training for you and your team, in the product, the introduction and the brand voice, refreshed at every larger feature step
  • Material in the Saloncare brand voice that you may use without asking every time
  • A named contact rather than an anonymous inbox, with clear response times
  • Fair, transparent terms based on salons you look after together with us, not on promises
  • Priority on new features that affect your customers, and an ear for what the market actually needs

WHAT WE EXPECT

What we expect from partners

We are selective, because our name is attached to every introduction. These expectations are not an obstacle, they are the basis on which salons trust us.

Saloncare carries data belonging to salons and their clients. Every partnership therefore begins with care, not with reach. We are looking for partners who see it the same way.

  • Professional depth. You know the industry, or you are willing to learn it seriously. Software can be sold; a salon business wants to be understood.
  • Clean data practice. You handle salon and client data the way law and decency require. Data protection is not an appendix for us, it is a precondition.
  • Reliability after the introduction. An introduction is not a close, it is a beginning. We expect you not to leave salons alone once they are running.
  • Brand voice. When you represent Saloncare outwardly, you keep to our stance and our language. We give you the material so that comes easily.
  • Honesty about limits. Saloncare integrates today with the till and the calendar, with the goal of becoming your one system one day. We expect you to say that as plainly as we do, and to make no promises the platform does not keep.

TOGETHER

One layer, many hands

We measure partnerships not by signatures but by salons that are well run. The figures below are illustrative and show what we judge shared success by.

NEXT STEP

Let us talk

A partnership begins with a conversation, not with a form. Tell us who you are and which salons you work with. We will settle the rest together.

Write us a short note about the market you are in, which salons you look after and which of the four models you have in mind. We will come back with a proposed time for a first conversation. Everything else follows from there.

You will find the details on the Contact page. Do write to us even if not everything is decided yet.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What does a partnership cost?

Starting a conversation costs nothing. We provide demo accounts in the partner environment free of charge. The terms of an ongoing partnership depend on the model and on the salons you look after with us; we set them out openly before any agreement.

Can small consultancies become partners, or only large systems houses?

Both. Our solution partner model suits an individual consultant just as well as a systems house with several locations. What counts is professional depth and reliability after the introduction, not size.

How long does it take from the first conversation to launch?

That depends on the model and on your preparation. The four steps are clearly separated; a technology partner with a finished interface starts faster than a solution partner who first has their team trained. After getting to know each other we will give you a realistic timeframe.

Do I have to represent Saloncare exclusively?

No. We do not expect exclusivity. We expect that, where you do represent Saloncare, you present it fairly and in our brand voice and do not leave salons alone once they are running.

Do I get technical support with the interface?

Yes. For technology partners we build and maintain the interface together. It is publicly documented, and we keep it stable across version changes so your integration does not break with every update.

What happens to salon data in a partnership?

It stays assigned to the salon and is subject to our data protection rules. Partners get access within the scope of their task, never beyond it. Demo accounts contain only example data, never real client data.

Can I use several partner models at once?

Yes. The models can be combined. A manufacturer partner can also introduce salons as a solution partner. We reflect that in one shared agreement, so responsibilities stay clear.

Who do I contact if I want to become a partner?

Through the Contact page. Write us a short note about who you are and which salons you work with. We will come back with a proposed time for a first conversation.
