You always know what you pay. Prices are net of VAT, cancellable monthly after the first year. Pay annually and we waive one month of the base fee; the working positions run on as normal. Hardware, such as the tablet at the chair, is not included and is purchased separately.

Frequently asked questions
A base fee of €199 covers your salon; each working position adds €49 per month. A salon with four positions therefore pays €395, one with eight pays €591. Add a position and the plan simply grows with you.
No. The plans cover the software; devices such as the tablet at the chair are not included and are purchased separately. We are glad to advise you on the hardware you actually need.
All prices are per month and exclusive of statutory VAT. As a business customer you reclaim the input tax.
Pay a year in advance and we waive one month of the base fee, so you pay it eleven times a year instead of twelve. The €49 per working position is unaffected and runs on as normal.
For freelancers, chair renters and anyone working on the move: one chair, the full salon memory and Sam, operated from your iPhone. When your business grows into a team, you move seamlessly to the Salon plan.
Chains and groups get the same features as the Salon plan, at a price by agreement: calculated per group, billed transparently per location. The multi-location cockpit brings every location under one head.
Sam, the co-pilot, is included in every plan at no extra cost: in Solo focused on the essentials on mobile, in the Salon plan in full at the chair, at the till and in the cockpit.
Most salons are ready to go in under a week. Setting up with Sam guides you step by step; if you like, we will accompany you personally.
Not today: Saloncare lays itself over your existing system, so you start without switching. Not every till and calendar works equally well with us, which is best clarified in a conversation. Our goal is for Saloncare to become your one system one day, one subscription instead of many programmes; we are working on it.

Saloncare fits then too. We set you up with a clean start, without you having to change everything at once.
Sam is above all the assistant in the consultation: it listens, gives the stylist the right treatment guidance for a perfect result and suggests the right home care from the facts. It coordinates appointments, and your guests can arrange one through Sam as well, and alongside that it answers questions about your numbers. A person always decides.
