Solution: loyalty

Guests who come back

An appointment is quickly booked; but only those who feel remembered come again. Saloncare turns one-off visits into regulars, through the salon memory, your own app and a line that never goes quiet. Your guests belong to you, not to the booking platform.

The problem

The guest comes once, then disappears

Booking platforms bring you a name but keep the relationship.

Many guests arrive through a portal, book once and are gone again. The salon pays a fee but receives neither the contact details nor the review nor a reason to come back; the relationship belongs to the platform, not to you. And without a memory every visit starts from zero: the favourite tone, the formula, the last piece of advice, all gone. A full day stays a matter of chance instead of a circle of people who know you.

What it does

A visit becomes a relationship

The salon memory

Every formula, every wish, every appointment stays with the salon. No guest ever starts from zero again.

Your guests, your data

Contact, history and consent run through your channel and your app, not through a portal that rents you your own guests.

Loyalty programme

Points and tiers, redeemable against care products or vouchers. Appreciation that feels like being a true regular.

The right prompt at the right time

A birthday voucher, a free slot on a suitable day, a reason to drop by again; prepared by the system, with the tone set by you.

Home care that binds

Sam recommends the care that fits, your guest reorders it in the app, cheaper on subscription. One more reason to stay in touch.

A signal after every appointment

One short question, one to five stars. You see where you shine, before a guest quietly disappears.

How it works

Everything flows from one memory

What happens at the chair lands in the salon memory and from there in your guest's app: history, care plan, favourite stylist, open points. Your guest books around the clock, sees her history and finds the next reason to come by, without you having to chase her by phone.

  • You own the relationship. Contact, history and consent sit with you, GDPR compliant, not with a platform.
  • The guest stays close. The app, loyalty, care and a direct line keep the contact warm, even between appointments.
  • You set the tone. When a prompt goes out and how it sounds is decided by you, not by an algorithm to which all your guests look alike.

Impact

Fewer walk-ins, more regulars

Someone who comes back costs you no new acquisition and no portal fee. A full appointment book becomes a circle of guests who know you, trust you and leave more with you: the next appointment, the home care, the recommendation to a friend. That is the calmer, healthier growth that does not have to be paid for again at every visit.

How it fits together

Part of a whole

This bond is the client side of Saloncare: it lives off the salon memory, it shows itself in the app for your guests, and it begins with the next appointment that is set before your client leaves. Your salon website is the door to it, and booking leads straight into your system.

Saloncare is the operating system for the modern salon. Your guests are part of it, and they are yours.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do the client records belong to me or to the platform?

To you. Contact, history and consent sit in your Saloncare, GDPR compliant on servers in Germany. You do not depend on a portal granting you access to your own guests.

Do I have to write and send the messages myself?

Saloncare prepares the prompts, such as a birthday voucher or a free slot. You set the tone and keep control over what goes out and when.

Do I need another marketing tool for this?

No. Loyalty runs where the appointments, the care and the history already live, in one system. No second tool, no double maintenance.

Does it work if guests book through a portal?

Yes. Saloncare lays itself over your existing systems; someone who arrives once through a portal can still end up with you and book directly next time. The aim is to bring the relationship back to you, step by step.

Is this compatible with data protection law?

Yes. Consent is captured properly, data is held encrypted and under the GDPR. Your guests keep sovereignty over their data, and you keep the relationship.
