This is an English translation provided for convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.

These general terms and conditions govern the use of Saloncare by business customers.

1. Scope of service

Saloncare provides a software platform that complements existing point of sale and booking systems. Saloncare replaces neither the till nor the calendar.

2. Contract term

No minimum term applies beyond twelve months. Plans can be changed at any time.

3. Prices

The prices shown at the time the contract is concluded apply. All prices are exclusive of statutory value added tax.

4. Data

Processing takes place under the GDPR and a separate data processing agreement.
